I’m a dedicated public servant, amateur gardener, and proud Loveland resident. At a young age, I had an affinity for helping others. My interest in service and people compelled me to earn a bachelor’s degree in journalism so I could spotlight the stories and voices of the community. Since then, I’ve worked at for-profit and non-profit organizations, managing small and large budgets. On our city council, I’ll have two rules for spending:

  1. Don’t spend money we don’t have, and;

  2. When we do spend money, it needs to benefit the voters, a space or service that we can all enjoy.

I currently work for the State of Colorado’s Department of Personnel & Administration as a communications and marketing professional, so transparency and accountability are values I hold closely. I am proud to work with my colleagues to make the State a better workplace for all Coloradans.

Hi neighbor, nice to meet you!

  • I live in Loveland with my husband, Andrew, and our cat, Maisie, whom we adopted from a rescue in 2019.

    My husband, a software engineer, volunteers weekly at the Loveland Community Kitchen.

  • In my spare time, you’ll find me:

    • Reading to learn more about the issues our society faces and the solutions to them

    • Volunteering for Loveland Habitat for Humanity

    • Enjoying our city and state’s unique and precious public lands

    • Making something by hand (I knit, crochet, and sew, and love to take on home projects like replacing baseboards and painting)

    • Gardening, growing both edible and ornamental plants (I can’t let my neighbors, who are all incredible gardeners, down)

    • Enjoying Loveland’s wonderful businesses, including shops and restaurants

  • I want to see a Loveland where we take care of each other. One where our city council representatives always vote for what’s best for all of us.
